Instagram posts for wine shops: what to post and when

A wine shop's customers want someone to choose for them: the bottle for tonight's dinner, the gift, the one that's worth its price. Here are ideas for the week, the best times to post for food and drink according to two public studies and the Feedmakers features that make each post.

What to post

  • The wine of the week, with what it goes with
  • A pairing: this dish with this bottle
  • Tastings: date, price and spots
  • Wines under a round price, for every day
  • Gift boxes for dates and for companies
  • A small producer's story, with the bottle
  • How to store wine at home
  • Delivery area, hours and how to order

When to post

For wine shops we use the food & drink data.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use photos of my bottles?

Yes. Add the photo and Feedmakers places the bottle in a new piece with the text inside it. An image model redraws it, so check that the label still reads right before you post.

Does it make carousels?

Yes, on Starter and Pro: 2 to 7 slides from a planner idea. The cover is generated first and the rest follow its design.

Can I announce a tasting with its spots?

Yes. You can type the date, the price and the spots yourself and they go inside the image. An image model draws them and can make mistakes, so check them before you post.

How much does each post cost?

1 credit per image on Fast, 3 on Standard and 6 on High, and credits are only charged when the image comes out right. The caption doesn't spend credits.
