Terms of service

The service

Feedmakers generates images and texts for social media from the information you upload about your business, and lets you publish or schedule them to your connected Facebook and Instagram accounts. The service uses third-party artificial-intelligence models: results may vary and should be reviewed before publishing.

Account

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done with your account. You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Credits

Generations are paid with credits. Credits are deducted only for each image generated successfully; if a generation fails, nothing is charged. Copy and its regenerations do not consume credits.

Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law; complimentary credits may expire. Prices may change; we will notify you before a change affects what you already bought.

Your content

What you upload (photos, logos, references, guides, briefs) is yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service. You confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Generated content

You own the content generated for you, to the extent the law and the model providers' terms allow, and you may use it commercially. Note that other users may obtain similar results and that AI-generated content may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

Acceptable use

You may not use Feedmakers to:

• Create or publish content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit or infringes third-party rights.
• Spam or breach Meta's rules or those of the networks you publish to.
• Access other people's accounts, circumvent limits or harm the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Publishing to Facebook and Instagram

We publish only when you ask or at the time you schedule, to the accounts you connected. You are responsible for being authorized on those accounts and for complying with Meta's rules. Meta may limit or reject publications; we do not control those limits.

Availability and changes

Feedmakers is at an early stage. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and AI providers may be overloaded or change. We do what is reasonable to notify you and to retry automatically when something fails.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or the use you make of generated content. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing here limits rights granted to you by consumer-protection law.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account as described on the Data deletion page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Argentina, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
