What a credit buys
Each image costs according to the quality level you pick when you create it. The table shows how many images of each level fit in each plan's credits.

- If an image fails, you're not charged: credits come off only once it's saved.
- A carousel, on Starter and Pro, costs the chosen level for each slide, and only the slides that come out are charged.
- Fixing an image costs 1, 3 or 6 credits, depending on how much detail you ask for.
- Captions, hashtags, the planner and publishing don't spend credits: each plan has its own allowance.
How credits renew
They don't roll over
Plan credits you don't use expire when that period closes. If you have credits that expire and others that don't, the expiring ones are spent first.
Pack credits never expire
Credits from a pack stay in your account until you use them, even if you change or cancel your plan.
The free plan: welcome and monthly
The 10 welcome credits are given once per person. From the month after you sign up, the free plan is back to 10 on the 1st of each month: it tops up whatever is missing, without rolling over, and what's added expires when the month closes.

For a month with more content than usual. You can buy them with Starter or Pro active, and their credits never expire.

Pricing questions
How can I pay?
By card, in US dollars, through Stripe. If you're in Argentina, you can also pay in pesos with Mercado Pago: the plans and the credits are the same, and there's also Emprendedor, a pesos-only plan with 60 credits a month and 2 businesses for ARS 30,000.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You create the account for free, with no card, and get 10 credits to try the creator with your business.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there's no minimum term. You cancel from Billing and the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; after that, the account moves to the free plan.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Plan credits can be used until the paid period closes, and then they expire. Pack credits never expire: they stay in your account.
Am I charged if an image fails?
No. Credits come off only when the image is generated successfully; whatever fails isn't charged.
Does the free plan publish to Instagram?
Yes. On the free plan you publish and schedule up to 20 posts a month to Instagram and Facebook, including your own images. Starter and Pro have no cap.
Is there a yearly plan?
Not for now: Starter and Pro are billed month to month.
