Check the thumbnail and time on Ready to schedule and tap Confirm schedule.
What's included
- Ask in your own words, for example “schedule the last post for Thursday at 10”, and the day and time are read in your time zone. It can also move a post that was already scheduled to a new time.
- It sees the business's 8 most recent posts and whether each one is unscheduled, scheduled or published.
- Nothing is scheduled on its own: a Ready to schedule card shows the thumbnail, title, date and time, and you tap Confirm schedule.
- If the day or time is missing, it asks. If the request can't work (a past date, more than 60 days ahead, or a post that's already published), it tells you why.
- It schedules to every account connected to that business, and the post stays a feed post or a story, as it was.
- For now the planner replies in Spanish.

Needs Starter or Pro and an Instagram or Facebook account connected to the business. Each chat request uses one planner message (200 a month on Starter and 500 on Pro), and scheduling costs no credits.
Frequently asked questions
Does the planner schedule posts on its own?
No. It only leaves the card ready: the post is scheduled when you tap Confirm schedule. It doesn't pick the time either: you give the day and time, and it asks if one is missing.
Can I schedule any post from the chat?
Only one of the business's 8 most recent posts that's already generated and not yet published, at least one minute ahead and up to 60 days out. Carousels and older posts are scheduled from My posts or the Calendar, and the chat can't publish right away or cancel a schedule.
