Instagram content calendar for a gym

A gym's year is the most predictable of any small business: a January flood, a spring plateau, a summer dip and a September return. Planning against that curve is most of the work. Here's the year in twelve months.

Mind the seasons

Written for the northern hemisphere. If you're south of the equator, swap the seasons — January and September stay the two biggest months either way.
